You can use your iPod nano (6th generation) button controls to pause and resume your workout, change songs, hear spoken feedback, or switch to a PowerSong for extra motivation. If you use Apple headphones with a remote, you can control your workout with the remote.

Enabling VoiceOver for iPod allows you to hear the names of songs, artists, and playlists spoken when listening to content on your iPod. If you have the Apple Earphones with Remote and Mic or the In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic, you can also use VoiceOver to navigate playlists.

These trusted root certificates are preinstalled with iOS 5. When IT administrators create Configuration Profiles for iPhone, iPad,  or iPod touch using the iPhone Configuration Utility, these certificates do not need to be included.
